I encountered an Error msg which states RNT unable to write to disk. I followed the instructions on the error message to fix it but i am still unable to solve this issue. Im using windows 10 and have also tried using windows 8. Problem still persists, does anyone have any solution to this?

A few things I'd suggest:
-Double check that you have extracted the zip archive and are not running the executable file from within the zip file itself
-Make sure you are not running the executable from non-writeable media such as a DVD-R or BD-R. Likewise some older USB pen drives may have a write-protect switch.
-That you are experiencing this issue under two different operating systems would suggest there is some commonality between your two machines; do you have any third-party security software on both of them?
-Were these machines issued and/or configured by an employer that might have "locked them down" ?
