"End Session" jkust takes me back to the beginning of the punishment

I'm having trouble recreating this on my end. If possible can you send me a save game before the assembly cp starts? Also was the save game created in an earlier version of the game?

I think it was created with the new version (but cannot remember exactly). It is attached.

I think this was the result of the save game being created in an earlier version of the game as it appears some scripts didn't fire correctly that were missing the older version. If it shows up again though, do let us know.
