When clicking "Class Teacher (Grade 1)", "Sports Coach" is selected.
When clicking "Class Teacher (Grade 2)", "Class Teacher (Grade 1)" is selected.
When clicking "Class Teacher (Grade 3)", "Class Teacher (Grade 2)" is selected.
It's not possible to select "Class Teacher (Grade 3)".
Version 3, occurs on both Windows 11 and Windows 10, 1980 x 1020.

Let's try this:
1. Start a new game from scratch
2. Ensure the grid is turned on (should be by default)
3. Put down a single hallway on one tile
4. Click the hallway tool again and click the newly placed hallway tile
5. The build menu should popup; choose solo office
6. Click the hallway tool again and click the newly placed solo office tile
7. The solo office assignment menu should pop up
[Trick is to make sure you have the hallway build tool selected when you click on the solo office.]
I'm not such a fan of the placement technique myself. This is something we can work on revising in the future. Maybe simply icons for each choice instead of a popup menu?
