The game officially supports Windows 10 and newer.
Windows 7 has been unsupported by Microsoft since January 2020. No one on the development team uses it as a daily driver nor do we test against it. That said, the game should run on Windows 7 or 8.1 if:
1. It's a 64-bit version of 7/8.1
2. Your GPU supports DirectX 11+
Do keep in mind though while we might be able help troubleshoot in some cases, if something breaks existing compatibility with these older OS versions, it probably won't get fixed. Running on Windows 7/8.1 is on you.
