AFTER BUILDING SEVERAL SINGLE OFFICES I HAVE NEVER ONCE GOT A MENU ASKING ME TO ALLOCATE IT EVER, AND I HAVE BUILT LOADS

Have you tried this:

1. Place a solo office.

2. Click the Build icon on the toolbox.

3. Click on the office that you want to allocate.
