During development we noticed on rare occasions that during these sessions the tools would no longer move and no marks would be drawn on the screen. If this occurs reloading from an earlier save should correct the issue. As this only occurs infrequently it has been difficult for us to track down the cause, but hopefully it will be fixed in a post release patch.

If this occurs press F5; it should reset CP mode without needing to restart the game.
