This post is for those of you who will be creating scenarios in Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Due to the way the game displays text ("SpriteFonts") it is not possible to have support for every possible Chinese, Japanese or Korean character (which would easily be tens of thousands of characters) included with the game. If you use a character that the Spritefont of your language does not support, you'll see a "%" character in it's place.
Chinese (Simplified)
-Supports currently about 2900 characters (2000 of the most common characters plus another 900 or so for the Chinese translation of the official scenarios included with the game)
Chinese (Traditional)
-Supports currently the 2000 most commonly used characters
Japanese
-Supports all Hiragana and Katakana. Also supported are the 1000 most commonly used Kanji.
Korean
-Full support for the KSX-1001 Hangul Standard. Also supported are the 100 most commonly Hanja used in South Korea today.
Adding More Supported Characters
-Once you finish your scenario please contact us and include a copy of your scenario. We can issue an updated Spritefont for the game to include the missing characters that your scenario needs.
