I have built my school. When I try to open, told have not completed all school policies. Review and check all policies. Same result. Save game. Reopen. School policies have reverted to what they were before I edited them, eg Western not Asian and CP permsissions changed.

On couple of occasions I managed to get past this, told I have built on inaccessible panes. Which ones are they? There is no indication and nothing came up while I was building.

-Use the console command 'set' (no quotes) to have the game automatically set all policies to yes.
Could you post a screenshot of what your policies are? I suspect one of the "no" options is not taking.

-As for the inaccessible titles with construction, that's a good point! We'll add to the message so it tells you which tile(s) it's seeing as inaccessible.
Assuming the check system is working correctly, what it does it check any tile with construction on floors 2+ that there is an accessible stairwell. If no stairwell can be found, it will be flagged as inaccessible.

Entering set seemed to work. I saved and restarted the game. It saved most changes but still went back from Asian to Western (not my biggest concern). Attached screenshots of policies.
Still says I am building on inaccessible tiles.

Thanks! We'll recreate those settings to see what might not be taking. If you'd like to upload your save file as well, I can take a look at what might be triggering the inaccessible tile warning.

Well that is a funny bug... it seems the stair tiles try to find the nearest stair tile, not realizing they are one. This will be fixed in the next build.

In the interim you can add a second set of stairs somewhere in the same building and it should work.
