These are some in game screenshots for Dev Diary #1 - relating to building your school.

Some quick notes:
1. Yes, the grid, which is used for doing precise construction and room placement, can be turned on and off
2. The weird ghost looking character is just a placeholder one we use for internal testing
3. Some rooms can be "pealed" back further than others. For some (like the restroom) you will see students enter and emerge, but will not be able to see inside fully. (We're not looking to make a toilet simulator.)

strongly recommend the use of ai drawing tools to help improve on the background pictures used in each of the grids.

This is save a lot of time and also improve the quality, since you already know the specific things you want in each picture.

Looking great! I think the side perspective is better than the overhead one that was originally planned. How large is the map to build on? I'm having evil thoughts of spreading the campus out and making students run or be late!

64x6 tiles with 62x6 buildable. (First and last column of tiles cannot be built on.) Most rooms take three tiles.
