I have tried 3 times to download DMT. Each time the download stops at 4,194,304 KB.

It sounds like you may be running a legacy 32-bit version of Windows which cannot handle files larger than 4 GB.

We've updated the download page to include a split zip file that 32-bit Windows versions should be able to handle:
https://disciplinemaster.net/dmt-download-en.htm

You should be able to download both parts (2 GB and 3 GB) on a 32-bit system and then extract them (make sure both are in the same folder).
